turn TOKYO is a small, appointment-only studio. To give every guest our full attention, we accept bookings in writing only — we do not take reservations by phone.

3. Your appointment is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email.

Why no phone bookings?

Our stylists are with clients throughout the day. Booking in writing means nothing gets lost in translation — your preferred date, menu and hair goals are all on record before you arrive. It’s the same way many boutique salons in New York, London and Paris work.
